Know Exactly Where Your Roof Stands
Most roof problems do not announce themselves. An inspection is the simplest way to stay ahead of them.

Problems build quietly over time until a small issue becomes a big, expensive one. A professional roof inspection is the simplest way to protect your investment and have complete confidence in the roof over your head.
T. Simpson Roofing has been inspecting roofs across Barrie, Newmarket and Central Ontario since 1992. Our inspectors know what to look for, where to look, and how to give you a clear, honest picture of your roof’s condition — with no obligation to commit to anything on the spot.

What we check during an inspection
Shingles & surface
We get eyes on the roof surface directly — checking for cracked, curling, missing or worn shingles.
Flashing & penetrations
Chimneys, vents, skylights and valleys are the most common leak points, so we inspect every seal.
Eavestroughs & drainage
We confirm water is being carried away from your roof and foundation the way it should be.
Ventilation & attic
Proper airflow protects your roof from moisture and heat — we check it is doing its job.
